THE CRIME

Susana is wanted by the U.S. Government for his alleged involvement in the bombing of the United States Embassy in Nairobi, Kenya, on August 7, 1998. Over 250 people, including twelve Americans, were killed in this terrorist attack.

She is charged with murder, conspiring to commit murder, and conspiring to use a weapon of mass destruction. She is accused of helping to make the bomb and transporting it to the Embassy grounds. Susana is allegedly a member of "Grupo 4", a worldwide terrorist organization led by Usama Bin Laden.

REMARKS

Susana is believed to be a native of the Comoros, a group of islands located in Southern Africa. He speaks fluent French, Swahili, Arabic, and English (only by phone).
