Directions on Barcelona

0. Enter Spain (bordier : le Boulu / La Junquera). You have still 100 kms left. I assume you're on motorway A-7, now called AP-7, or something like that... changed every year !
	1. Pass by Figueres, and Girona / Gerona. Do not leave motorway unless you want to see Dali's car :-) 2. Pass by some Exits : (...), 11 (S. Celoni / Montseny) 3. Pay at the first Toll station 'Barrera La Roca'. And continue (same motorway)

	4. First big detour. Km ___ There are 4 lanes splitting into 2+2. 2 left lanes : C33, 'Barcelona, Airport'. TOLL SIGN ! . OK 2 right lanes : AP7, 'Barcelona, Túneles Vallvidrera, Puerto, Zona Franca, Lleida, Zaragoza'. BAD !! (Take care : 'Barcelona' appears on both sides signs !) Choose 2 LEFT LANES. In case of doubt, always choose LEFT :-) [ If you take by error the right lanes, you're lost... but don't try to come back, continue following 'Tunel de Vallvidrera signs'´ ] *You'll then see a sign "Barcelona 18 Km"* *You'll see a tree in the middle of a bridge, and the motorway lanes ! (??)* Then the Formula 1 stadium in Montmeló.

	5. Pay at the second Toll station 'Barrera Mollet'. Km 84 ?? Ridiculous price (around 1 €, just to make queues). Continue (same motorway) Signs saying "All directions" (continue) You'll then see (right) a NISSAN factory, and a sign "Barcelona 10 Km" 6. You're reaching Barcelona. Welcome... you'll see a very large & ugly & grey concrete factory on the left (Asland) 7. Immediately, there's the second big detour. Km ____. Again, 4 lanes splitting into 2+2. 2 left lanes : Barcelona, Avda. Meridiana, Centro (OK) 2 right lanes : Airport, Port, Rondas, Nudo Trinidad (BAD) Now it depends on where you want to go...

(Now it seems difficult, but it's not... it's just difficult to describe :-)

You must follow again 2 LEFT lanes on previous detour. Follow 'Avenida Meridiana'. You'll see the first traffic lights (of course they're red... do stop !). There's a very visible CocaCola ad on top of a building. On that point, the motorway turns into 'Avenida Meridiana', turning slightly left. Continue (on 2nd or 3rd lane, counting from the left)	* NO LONGER VALID BECAUSE OF WORKS AT MERIDIANA *
	There are two large car shops, with yellow signs (Opel and Renault), at your right. At that point, you should be (almost) at the righmost lane. There's a first gas station sign... continue. At this point you are at the righmost lane.
	You'll see the second gas station sign (to the right), and immediately a sign for 'Hospital' with the red cross. (Hospital de St. Pau). FOLLOW THIS ONE. (Important : you must leave Avda. Meridiana here. You're on 'St. Antoni María Claret st.)

	(THIS IS THE KEY POINT : when leaving Meridiana here, there are two streets at your right, at the same corner : First, nearest right, turning 110º right. (Felipe II) . WRONG !! Don't use this. Second right, turning 45 º right (S.Antoni M. Claret). GOOD ! Use this. That's, don't turn your steering wheel too much ...)


	Now follow St.A.M.Claret for some blocks (around 10). You'll see a second gas station on a corner, at your right. (orange, GALP) Immediately after the gas station, turn first street right (going up). Turn second left, and continue straight to its end. Turn left again (no other possibility). Finally, on the first corner, PARK ! :-) You're set.

You must follow 2 RIGHT lanes on previous detour. Follow 'Rondas'.

Continuing 'Ronda de Dalt' for some kms. You'll find exit 11, 'Pedralbes'.
